* feat(frontend): add Cmd+K command palette and keyboard shortcuts Wire up the existing shadcn/ui Command component as a global command palette. Adds a useGlobalShortcuts hook for Cmd+K (palette), Cmd+Shift+N (new chat), Cmd+, (settings), and Cmd+/ (shortcuts help overlay).
