fix(config): 更新生产环境数据库配置和搜索功能

- 将生产环境数据库连接URL从远程地址改为本地地址
- 修改CMS内容搜索逻辑，支持标题和摘要同时搜索
- 修复用户手机号验证正则表达式语法错误
